The villa is set on its own in a slightly elevated position enjoying lovely views over the banana plantations leading down to the sea. The open plan ground floor consists of a living area with a working fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, CD player & Playstation. The kitchen is equipped with an oven & hob, fridge/freezer and microwave and there is a separate utility area with an additional sink, dishwasher & washing machine. The dining table seats 8. The first twin bedroom is located on the ground floor with a separate shower room adjacent. A short flight of steps lead to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The staircase continues to the upper floor and two further bedrooms - one twin bedded room with en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms and living areas have air conditioning units* for both cooling and heating. All four bedrooms also offer a small TV and hairdryer. Safe box also available. High chair and Cot can be provided upon request

Situated in the Kissonerga area, this villa lies approximately halfway between the coastal road that connects the lively resort of Coral Bay to the town and harbour area of Paphos, and the original traditional inland village of Kissonerga with its small selection of tavernas, coffee shops, a pharmacy and bank. The villa is within easy walking distance of a selection of tavernas and a mini market, and only 500 metres from the small sandy cove at Vardas Beach. Paphos town with its Heritage sites, harbour area and shops is approximately a 10 minute drive away, and the well-known sandy beach at Coral Bay is approximately a 5 minute drive away.
