Beaches and Local Activities:

Mar Menor - a blue flagged beach which is extensive in size and 20 mins away is ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking is also popular along the 7 mile beach promenade. It is also ideal for water sports, including sailing, swimming and windsurfing. Los Alcazares has many restaurants, bars and play areas 15 mins away. Murcia is fantastic for walking, cycling, golf, hiding, mountain bike cycling and horse riding. Cartagena harbour/town full of history and beauty - 25 mins.
