The property has 1 twin 1 double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor+ seperate WC. A large double bedroom upstairs with en-suite and doors leading to a large solarium with sea views. The lounge has English digital satellite TV, DVD, video and a selection of dvds/cds. A well appointed American style fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer,dishwasher, microwave and washing machine .From the dining area to the conservatory were you can relax and view the beautiful gardens. The property has a car port which keeps your car cool. It is a 5 minutes stroll to the Andalusian style Villamartin Plaza, which houses numerous restaurants, banks and a supermarket, which caters for all nationalities. NO NEED TO BUY BOTTLED WATER AS VILLA HAS FILTERED WATER SYSTEM INSTALLED

The villa is ideally situated for golfers, families and couples who want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 5 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses, 20 minutes from Murcia airport or 45 minutes from Alicante. This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike with beaches, water sports, go karting, safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. Nearby Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is about 15 minutes drive away. This area of the Costa Blanca or White Coast enjoys more than 2,800 hours of sunshine per year and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. The World Health Organisation describes the area as having one of the 'healthiest climates in the world'. Year round warm temperatures and proximity of two salt lakes rich in minerals cause a drying effect in the air, reducing humidity and producing a healthy atmosphere.

  • To secure any booking a deposit of £ 150 is required, this is non refundable, with the full balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Also a security deposit of £100 is required prior to arrival. This will be held in the event of any damage caused and is fully refundable on completion of a satisfactory inspection of the property.
    A cleaning charge of 60 euros is also payable to our agents on arrival.

Our local agents Dave and Sue are our key holders and will give help and assistance and are available for Airport transfers: Murcia from 30 euros, Alicante from 45 euros, plus a meet and greet service.(out of hours charge may apply). Normal check out is by 10.00am and arrival after 16.00pm although other times can be arranged subject to availability. Please ensure that you have holiday insurance, as the owners cannot accept responsibility for any injury or loss that may occur during your stay.

It can accommodate 6 persons and is only 5 mins from 3 Golf courses: Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. It is only 15 mins from La Finca and many more great courses are within 45 mins. Enjoy your golf in style and at the best time of year in Spain... September to June. The Campo De Golf Villamartin played host to the 1994 PGA Mediterranean Open. Designed by Paul Putman, this internationally renowned golf course is the most established of the golf courses in the area, Villamartin provides a great golfing challenge in beautiful scenery. Located next to a stylish plaza of bars and restaurants, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to the 19th hole! Only 5 minutes walk from our Villa.

Sandy Beaches: This stretch of the Costa Blanca boasts many blue flag, white, sandy beaches. There are also 'secluded' coves if you prefer a quieter sunbathing experience. There are climbing frames for the children at La Zenia and Campoamor beaches, and they all have beach bars and some cafes and restaurants close by when you fancy an ice-cream, a small beer or some Spanish tapas.

We had a brilliant holiday in your lovely villa and we would highly recommend the accommodation. The property was spotless and very well equipped with everything you would possibly need provided. The communal pool was only round the corner and very well maintained and it was never too busy which was great. There are some lovely bars and restaurants in the plaza which was a 5 minute stroll and hundreds of bars and restaurants to choose from in nearby Torrevieja. The weather was absolutely fantastic. A lovely villa and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Wow what a great villa at a great price. When we arrived it exceeded our expectations, clean modern everything provided. the owners have thought of everything. lovely quiet location with beautiful gardens and only five minutes walk to the plaza with great restaurants bars (check out the parrots) cant wait to go back we definately reccomend it.
