Casa Montalto is a beautiful country villa, offering luxurious and spacious accommodation. A perfect location within a rural landscape but close to a village. Take in the serene views of rolling hills and medieval hill top villages from every window, terrace or balcony. Unwind on the terrace with a glass of wine. Explore the unspoilt area of South le Marche. Dine al fresco in our extensive gardens with terraces, lawn ,herb beds,fruit trees and pool. A truly relaxing break awaits you! The whole villa is available from July-September, making it a perfect summer holiday rental for a group of friends or family. We are flexible with sleeping arrangements, let us know how your party is made up and we can advise accordingly. The apartment is available during the rest of the year. Family friendly, we welcome young children and are fully kitted out with cots, highchairs etc and there is lots to keep little ones amused, with a play area, playhouse and sandpit.

Spacious one bed, second floor apartment with stunning, panoramic views. Original double doors lead you from the stairway into a comfortable living room with French windows opening out onto a balcony, with table and chairs and a sun lounger. Perfect for star gazing with a glass of local wine! There is a wood burner for cosy winter evenings and full central heating. A fully kitted out kitchen/diner with welcome pack to get you started. Also leading off the living room is a large airy bedroom with shuttered windows, ceiling fan and space for a children bed/cot. The bathroom has a bath and shower, with extras like our own olive oil soap and luxury towels. If you require a second bedroom, one of our b&b rooms with en suite can be hired with the apartment. The apartment overlooks gardens, all for your use and accessed via the 1st floor breakfast room. A warm welcome awaits you and we are happy to give advice on places to visit, to eat and experience a piece of the 'real' Italy.

Casa Montalto is located in Southern Le Marche, halfway between the Adriatic coast and the majestic Sibillini mountains, where you can walk, mountain bike, swim in a cool reservoir or ski in winter. The landscape of rolling hills and medieval hill top villages is reminiscent of Tuscany and Umbria but without the tourists. This is ' the real Italy' with friendly people, good value restaurants, old fashioned piazzas and a slower pace of life. 'The main towns of Ascoli Piceno and Macerata are well worth a visit as is the pilgrimage site of Loreto. The beaches are half an hour away and truly Italian in style with sunloungers and beach cafes and fantastic seafood! There are also beaches with more space for children to run about with safe,warm sea and sand perfect for sandcastles! The amazing Frassassi Caves ( huge underground cavern full of amazing stalactites and stalagmites) is approx two hours drive away. Outdoor markets and shoe/clothing outlets provide shopping opportunities.
