This two bedroom villa is located in the heart of Coral Bay, within easy walking distance of the wide range of amenities on offer in this popular resort. The lounge is furnished with two sofas (which can be made into beds), an armchair and a cabinet housing the TV & DVD player. The dining area is furnished with a wooden dining table and 6 high-backed chairs. A set of patio doors from both the kitchen and dining areas lead to the gated patio terrace. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including an electric oven & ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer & microwave. The dining area and kitchen are separated by a breakfast bar with two stools. A handy downstairs cloakroom is located on this level. The staircase leads up to the two bedrooms: A master double bedroom and twin bedded room with shared balcony and sea views. A full family bathroom is also located on this floor. Both bedrooms plus the lounge area and dining area are equipped with air-conditioning units.

The nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars are a mere 300 metres away in the centre of Coral Bay which has become a lively resort with plenty to offer. The hillside village of Peyia, is approximately 5 minutes drive inland from the villa and offers a small collection of traditional tavernas and coffee shops The town of Paphos with it's Heritage sites, modern shopping facilities and attractive harbour area is within a 15 minute drive.
