A short drive to the beaches. Situated 40 mins from Alicante Airport. 20 minutes from Torrevieja and 5 mins from the Spanish village of San Miguel de Salinas. Villa is 2 storey at road level with a pleasant eating area at the front. A flight of granite steps leads to the lower patio/pool area from the front garden and an external staircase leads from the kitchen to the lower patio/pool area which is walled and very private. The underbuild at pool level is not for rental at this time. 8 mins drive to closest beach but many more within 15 mins drive.The property has 3 bedrooms but only 2 will be available for rental in 2010 accomodating up to 5 people

Alicante, 40 mins. San Javier, 25 mins. Transfers can be arranged at an additional charge paid locally to reliable carriers.

Golf: 5 mins to El Campoamar. 7 mins to Las Ramblas. 8 mins to Villa Martin. Take handicap certificate, minimum of 28 for men and 36 for the ladies. Book tee-off times in advance over internet. Elite golf solutions handicap certificates acceptable.
