3 Bedroom villa with private pool (5m x 3m). A south facing villa, furnished to a high standard with fine linens. Large terrace outside master bedroom & large roof terrace with furniture and sea views. 1 km to supermarket, 2 km to Praca. This beautiful, high-specification villa was completed in March 2004. It is finished throughout with quality wooden furniture, sumptuous curtains, comfortable beds, beautiful bed and bathroom linens, goosedown pillows. Perfect for both families and golfing parties. Wood burning stove is being fitted at the beginning of December for winter lets.
