This amazing property is haven for amateur golfers, tennisplayer and families who enjoy the outdoors. The 5 hectare totally enclosed grounds encompass a private 3 hole golfgreen (astroturf/plastic) with 9 tee offs from the rough ground ( Par4: 236 m ),a full sized, professional, hard surface tennis court, boules area, a climbing tree with rope swing, and a multi-swing frame. the swimmingpool is an impressive 15 x 4 m with diving board and an island separating an additional shallow area. There is also a vineyard and a figtree with a never ending supply of figs. Regret no pets. No Smoking inside the house s.v.p.. Children are very welcome.

The three small bedrooms upstairs connect to terraces too, Room 2, 3 queen-size beds, room 4 2 single - beds. In the study you can put two extra single beds. The house is very well isolated , the walls are 40cm thick , cosy warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Fully equipped, modern kitchen opens up to a sunny terrace with a large table for 8 and fire-place. This is the best part of the house almost around the year. This magnificent Provençal villa with its 5 hectares, gives you a lot of privacy and the comfort of being within 10 minutes drive in the centre of Aix en Provence. Outdoor you enjoy swimming pool 15m, tennis court, private golf course...... Nearby our house there is the golf course of Les Milles, Set Clup and Pont Royal. Horse back riding is possible.

privacy and nearby the city Aix en Provence: The privat tenniscourt can be played all year around. The colours, light, sights and smell of the Provence and the Meditarranean are special, think of CECANNE of VAN GOGH- something one must experiment at least once in a lifetime! In December, the truffle festival in Rognes is famous, where chefs from all over the world come for their year's supply of truffles in the town, just a 20 km drive from our home.

Golf: privat rough kept 9 tee-off golfcourse to one green with 3 holes, several golfclubs are near by SET-CLUB (3km), Pont Royal (10 km) , Fuveau (15km)

Delightful property in beautiful grounds charmingly decorated with highly original ceramics. The tennis court was a great addition. The sofa room upstairs is probably best suited to children. The guardian and gardener were both charming and helpful and the village of Eguilles is close enough for the more energetic to jog out for the breakfast croissants. Recommended!
