Villa Margarita is a modern, luxuriously appointed fully detached villa overlooking Kalathos Bay with wonderful views to the villages of Haraki and Lindos and across the sea to the Turkish coast. The accommodation comprises 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 full size bathrooms, a light and airy open plan lounge/dining area with french doors to the pool terrace and a superb fully fitted kitchen with quality integrated appliances. For your comfort, the villa is fully air conditioned and this is included in the price. The villa is set in the centre of a large walled garden of 1850 square meters offering guests total privacy from neighbouring properties. The mature garden has a large lawned area and a wide variety of native flowers, shrubs, ornamental and fruit trees. The private infinity style swimming pool has twin water jets providing a 'water massage' and a 'continuous swimming' experience. There are 4 large terraces to provide guests with sun or shade at various times of the day

Lindos is also famous for its romantic weddings at the tiny chapel in St. Paul's Bay and the location of villa Margarita make it an ideal choice for anyone considering getting married in Rhodes. Within a 10 minute drive of the villa there are no less than 10 glorious beaches ranging from the very popular beaches of Lindos and Pefkos to the quiet and relaxing coves of Agathia and Glystra. Further afield there are some fantastic undiscovered gems. Rhodes town, with an abundance of designer shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, cinemas and the medieval walled Old Town is just 35 minutes away.

There is an ample supply of hot water for 6 guests provided by the very effective solar heating system.

Both rooms feature french doors leading onto the garden and pool terrace. Bedroom 3 features a large triple wardrobe with 6 drawers below. French doors lead onto the roof terrace from which the stunning views can be appreciated to their utmost. The roof terrace also provides a peaceful and private place in which to sunbathe. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

Must-Do Free Attractions -: Further afield you will find there is more to Rhodes than you would expect and the best bits are free so hire a car and explore. The mountains are a wonderful place to escape to and provide some welcome shade even in the hottest of summers. The beaches of the south east and south west coast are unspoiled by tourism. The villages away from the coast are laid back and your euro's will go a lot further. There are well maintained 'local' roads which provide the opportunity to venture where no tourist bus dare travel - try the road through Lachania to Kattavia and just keep going - the views are spectacular. Rhodes Old Town is a must see - an inhabitated medieval walled city full of character and history. Snorkelling everywhere. A walk up the (several hundred) steps to the tiny church that is Tsambika monestary - worth the hike for the views from the top. Monilithos castle - don't go if you have young children as there are no barriers between you and a 100 foot drop off the walls!

Golf -: At Afandou, 20 minutes from the villa, there is a challenging championship par 72 links style golf course. We have 2 sets of clubs, one gents and one ladies, available for your use. Just ask at the PPM office.

Other Activities: Go-karts and mini-golf are available less than 10 miutes away and water sports are available from many of the local beaches

No hidden catches - truly a lovely villa

We have all done it, search the internet hour after hour looking for that ideal holiday villa at the right price. When I came across this one it all seemed too good to be true, but I assure you this one isn't. The location is on the side of a small hill, but the views that result are those that will stay with you. The property is well suited to 6 people and provides everything you could wish for. The decor is of a high quality and the equipment is of a high standard.My 2 sons were 11 and 14 at the time and both took away great memories (including para gliding and laying on the lawn at night star gazing with their uncle). It really was a lovely place.

Villa Margarita is a modern well maintained villa with many upgrades done to the garden and patio areas.The views are excellent.The service facilities when needed were immediate.This is quite probebly the nicest villa we have rented in all our years of travelling Greece.A car however is essential for the stay due to its proximity.I would have no hessitation in recommending this property to family and friends.
