Luxury detached villa with its own private heated pool. Master bedroom with dressing room, both with balconies and magnificent views of the sea, golf course or mountains. Situated on Fuerteventura’s 5* golf complex and within walking distance of golden beaches, restaurants and bars. This detached luxury villa, is situated just outside of Caleta De Fuste, 15 mins drive from the Airport. The 2 storey property has magnificent panoramic views over the golf course, down to the sea which is only a 20 mins stroll away or a quick ride by car or free bus from the nearby 5 star hotel. The villa has its own private heated swimming pool is furnished to a high standard with separate lounge/ dining areas, having sea views , fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom/shower rooms. Outside there are spacious gardens and patios. Guests also have the use of the large communal pool only 100 yards away. The villa originally had 4 bedrooms before conversion from 2 semi's into one detached property.

The nearest town of Caleta de Fuste is a few minutes drive away or a 30 minute walk. The Capital of the Island, Puerto Del Rosario is 20 minutes by car. Shops, Restaurants and Beaches: The villa is a 20 minute stroll from the golden sandy bays and the recently built Commercial Centre where you will find a Euro Spar for all your day to day needs, together with designer shops, jewellers and an array of restaurants which cater for all tastes. The centre also has a bank, 10-pin bowling and a multiplex cinema showing films in English and Spanish. If you don’t feel like a stroll there is the complimentary bus running approx every 25 minutes, to and from the nearby Elba Palace Hotel, which will take you down to the Centre or onto the heart of the town, where you will find even more shops and restaurants to tempt you.

  • Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and include pool heating all year round.

    Changeover day is usually Wednesday or Saturday but can be flexible at certain times of the year. Please ask for details.
    Arrival time is 4.00pm. The villa must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
  • Terms and Conditions: A booking deposit of £50 per person is required. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £150 will be required on arrival and returned in full upon satisfactory inspection of the house on your day of departure. Any breakages will be deducted.
    The villa is non-smoking. Smokers are requested to smoke outside for the comfort of all our guests.
    No children between the ages of 1 and 10 years of age.
    No single sex bookings of more than 2 persons.

Notes: There is an age restriction for children due to the depth of the pool being 1.5 metres and the balconies. Children are welcome between the ages of 0 - 12 months old and 10 years and above. For the comfort of all our guests, smokers are requested to smoke outside. The villa was originally two houses until September 2007 when we acquired the other half. The external walls dividing the two properties have been removed and the gardens and patios have been merged for the enjoyment of our guests. Internally, there have been two changes. An archway has been made from the master bedroom into the vacant half to create a large dressing room with it's own two seater sofa having views down to the harbour. The living area has been doubled in size by creating a separate lounge with magnificent views of the coast and mountains and having a feature archway leading into the dining area. If there are children in your party,please state ages on enquiry email as per the booking conditions.

The nearest beaches are only 0.5 kilometres (20 minute stroll) away where you will find safe sandy bays for you to enjoy. The very popular horseshoe bay of Caleta de Fuste is only a further five minute walk away along the coastline. There is a free bus from the nearby Elba Palace Hotel if you don't fancy a walk. The villa overlooks the 18th tee of the golf course which hosted the Spanish Open in 2004. The club house and driving range are a couple of minutes walk from the house situated in the 5 star Elba Palace Hotel. A second golf course is situated right next door to the existing one.

The villa stands behind wooden gates and fencing for your privacy. There is a pretty established front garden filled with local plants. At the side and rear of the house there are large tiled areas for sunbathing and further gardens being planted out. There is a solar heated outdoor shower and a heated private swimming pool measuring approx 6.5m x 3.5m.The pool has roman steps leading down to a depth of 1.5m. A barbecue is provided for guests use. The patio which has breathtaking views of the sea, mountains and golf course has a table and 6 chairs. There are also 4 sun loungers provided around the pool and a further four around the front of the property. Guests also have use of the large communal swimming pool just 100 yards away from the villa, for those who enjoy a good workout.

Youn won't find better than this

We and 2 friends stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year and had the most marvellous time. This villa has everything. There are stunning views of the coast, mountains and adjacent golf course, from both the patio and the balconies. The villa is spacious, well appointed and clean both inside and out. The outside patio area and pool is just fantastic for sunbathing, swimming and eating alfresco. We also made use of the BBQ which is also so well lit at night time. The local agents could not be more helpful in ensuring everything runs smoothly.
We also made use of the Elba Palace Hotel on the golf course which is only a 5 minute walk away. The welcome we received could not have been better had we been residents and we would highly recommend the restaurant there.
We used Cicar for car rental and found them efficient and very good value for money. The taxis in Caletta are also brilliant.
We are already planning our next visit! Many thanks

We agree that the Elba Palace Hotel is worth a visit even if you only have a drink in their central courtyard with it's palm trees and fountain. The staff dressed in traditional canarian costumes just adds to the atmosphere.

Well what can I say, the villa was everything it said it was and a lot more.
The villa was spotless, the garden well maintained and the heated pool was great. Everything you could want inside and out was catered for to make your stay very special.
Ralph and Teresa the owners were great, very accomodating as was Debbie[the lady who takes care of the villa for them] who was just a call away if needed, she is lovley.
I would highly recommend the villa to family and friends and feel sure their stay would be as special as ours was. We would have liked to have returned in September for another stay but its taken.
There are plenty of restaurants, bars , and shopping. Hubby bought a fishing rod from Gone Fishing and fished of the rocks for the first time after a forty year break and he acctually caught some fish!!! he was thrilled.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

From the first time we contacted Teresa & Ralph about booking the villa untill we came back home they were most helpfull. Not having been to Fuerteventura before we were not sure what to expect but they answered all our questions & most helpfull with car rental.
We have stayed in many villas before but they have always been in Florida & this was certainly one of the best. The location for beach, shopping & exploring were first class & the views were the best ever. The cleaner, [ Wendy I think her name was ] did a great job.
The only down side is that we want to take our daughter, husband & two grand children over but it wont be big enough but my husband & myself would certainly go again. We had a great time, thanks.

We are sorry that we cannot accomodate you and your family at a later date. As you know our villa is very spacious and potentially could sleep 8 people, but as it is our home abroad we use 3 of the rooms, (which are closed to guests), to store our personal belongings.

We will look forward to when you and maybe a couple of friends wish to stay at our villa again.

Fantastic

What a fantastic place and fantastic villa, it was like having your own little castle on top of the hill with the local facilities near by. The descriptions were good but the actual Villa was fab.The villa is fully equiped and everything you need for a great holiday is there. Local people are friendly and the bars and restaurants are great. . The chinese takeaway was great, they delivered to the villa it was like home but 100% better. We had such a good time that we are going back in a couple of months to relax and explore more of the Island. We Will be taking family with us this time as the villa was so special.

Great holiday,sorry to leave.

Four of us stayed at this villa for 2 weeks Jan 13-27 2010.The villa made the hol.perfect. Lots of space, and the pool heated to a nice temp.The views are lovely i cannot think anybody could fault it.The surrounding area is a pleasure to stroll around,and if your not a golfer try the crazy golf down at the beach,a good laugh for an hour or so.The owners are easy to deal with and i am sure they can answer any questions anyone might have.We will certainly try to book this one again on our next trip.
