Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental is capped at A$20,000 for the whole available period. Minimum rental period is 2 weeks or $16,000. 50% of rental is required 60 days before commencement of lease. Remainder payable at commencement.
  • The property will be serviced weekly by internal and external cleaners, gardeners and pool maintenance. Costs are included in headline rental charge.
  • A security deposit of $5,000 is required which is refunded at end of lease, subject to there being no damage.
