Relax in the comfortable sitting room which features a splendid fireplace with entertainment being provided by the widescreen TV & DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. The dining room can seat up to 8 at the main dining table. The villas 5 bedrooms are distributed across all floors. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed with separate dressing area, private sitting area and an en suite bathroom with shower & jacuzzi bath. The second double bedroom also features a king size bed and has it's own en suite shower room. There are three more delightful twin bedded rooms one of which is also en suite. As well as a 2nd sitting area the lower level features a games room with table tennis & table football. Perfectly situated in amongst the landscaped grounds is the large 12 metre x 6 metre private (heated) swimming pool.

This magnificent, stylish property is located in Goldra and is delightfully situated in an elevated position which provides spectacular views towards Albufeira in one direction and Tavira in the other. A few minutes drive away is the charming local town of Loule which was once a Roman settlement and where the remains of a ruined castle can still be seen in the old quarter. The town hosts a local market 6 days a week which provides excellent fish, fruit and vegetables. Almancil and neighbouring Vilamoura are just a 15 minute drive away with pleasant beaches, dramatic cliff top walks and all manner of watersports. Some of the worlds best golf courses such as Cale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are also located in these areas.
