Le Domaine du Chasselas with a lovely natural stone farmhouse and a romantic cottage lies in the Tuscany of France, overlooking the valley. The self-catering farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeps 11. Your enter the house by the very spacious kitchen which is fully equiped (dish washer, micro wave, oven). A washing machine is situated in a separate laundry room. Your spacious private terrace overlooks the valley. Picture yourself sitting there in the sun with your family of friends! If you like to sit in the shadow, there is also a large parasol present. The cottage with a fully equiped kitchen, also self-catering, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 4. A washing machine is also present. Your large private terrace , sun and shadow, with a stunning view over the valley is a special place to relax. There is a BBQ available and plenty of garden furniture. On the premises are a swimming pool and children's toys. We also have 2 donkeys, which are very affectionate.

La Maison du Chasselas is a fully renovated farmhouse. It is a historic natural stone building with walls of 50 centimeter. We enter directly into the large bright kitchen with all comforts, for exam American fridge with cooled water and ice-cubes. The washing machine is in the scullery. Through the hallway we arrive in the sitting room with satellite television and radio. There is also a DVD-player at your disposal. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom with a complete bathroom. On the upper floor you find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All our rooms have their own style. We have chosen for ancient furniture, but with the comfort of modern times. That's why all our beds have new mattresses. The rooms are located on the west side of the house. From the rooms and your spacious private terrace you have a breathtaking view overlooking the valley and the picturesque village Saint Clair. We installed a new large swimming pool, where you can also enjoy the sun on our beach chairs.

Le Domaine du Chasselas lies in the hills of the Tuscany of France, 2 miles from Castelsagrat, one of the numerous fortified hilltop villages (bastides). Here you find on the attractive bastide market square our baker who, besides the French baguettes, sells deliciously walnut bread. At Easter and in August we have an interesting Brocante where you can stil find lovely antiques. On the square is also a little supermarket, the post office and a café with a restaurant. In the shade of the terrace of the restaurant you can enjoy your coffee or meals. Valence D’Agen (10 km) are supermarkets and a market every tuesday. In Moissac (15 km) is a market every Saturday and Sunday. Towns to visit: Montauban, Cahors, Toulouse. The neighbourhood is extremely suitable for an active holiday, but also laze away the day or stroll through medieval villages and cities belong to the possibilities. In the neighbourhood are several walking trips, as well as the route to Saint-Jacques the Compostelle.

If you keep the shutters open, you wake up with a breathtaking view overlooking the valley and the picturesque village Saint Clair. The rising sun shines at first on Saint Clair and within some minutes the whole valley baths in the magnificent South-French sun. The oriental suite is the largest room. The splendidly restored roof catches your eye immediately when you enter this room. The double bed stands on a platform. The entrance to the bathroom and the access to the pigeonnier is on the right of the platform. There is also a single bed. The bedroom in the pigeonnier is a very exciting bedroom for children. The romantic Rose Room has a very large bed.
