This newly built, modern, fully furnished, spacious apartment has two bedrooms one with en suite. It is on the first floor of a low rise block and and the large bright open plan lounge has patio doors which open onto the extensive balcony. The hillside position of this apartment offers fantastic views of the village of Albunol and the sea. This apartment is fully air conditioned and enjoys a fully equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob and Microwave. The centre of the village of Albunol which offers some bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The village itself also offers a range of shops, banks and local services. This spacious accommodation is offered on a self catering basis and is a twenty minute drive from the lively beach resorts of Roquetas de Mar and Almerimar. This light airy apartment is also situated at the edge of the Sierra Nevada National Park and is one and a half hours drive from the Sierra Nevada Ski Slopes.

There are three golf courses within 30 minutes drive of the apartment, Playa Serena, Almerimar and La Envia and this quality accommodation is within an hours drive of the world famous Desert Springs golf course and resort. The apartment is on the edge of the Sierra Nevada National Park which offers hill walking and spectacular scenery. The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is within 2 hours drive and the historic city of Granada with the world famous Alhambra Palace is an hours drive away.
