Spacious detached villa with breath taking views, private pool, 3 bedrooms. This detached villa is located in the Ladera del Mar urbanisation 2km west of the town of Nerja and 50km east Of Malaga, approx 45 mins drive from Malaga airport. Accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms [one double, two twins]. Two bathrooms - master ensuite and a family bathroom with a spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a guest WC. The living area is equipped with a plasma TV and DVD and comfortable seating for 6 people. The dining area has a 6 seater table. There is a private pool with extensive terraces on 2 levels. The Villa has a utility room complete with washing machine etc and a shaded outside relaxing area. The Villa has spectacular views over the Mediterranean sea and the urbanisations large community swimming pool and garden which is available for use.

Nerja is located about a 40 minute drive from Malaga on the express way going towards Almeria. It is on the coast, surrounded by mountains and is very beautiful. There are many beaches to choose from, a whole range of sporting activities, restaurants, weekly market (Tuesday) and the wonderful caves of Nerja to explore. At certain times of the year, concerts and ballets are held in the caves. The little village of Frigiliana and Competa are set up in the hills behind Nerja. The village of Nerja seems to suit all age groups from Mothers and Fathers, Grandmas and Grandpas, who like to sit for a coffee or glass of sparkling wine near the 11th century church on the Balcon de Europoa overlooking the stunning coastline of sea and mountains, to young children who will love the pool and beaches, teenagers with the bars and discos near Tuti Fruiti Square, sports people and finally anyone who just wants to relax at the pool or beach with a cold glass beer or wine and enjoy an enjoyable dinner out

Excellent Villa, stunning view - Just Heaven

I have just come back from this villa in Nerja and it was fantastic. I spent a week there with my soon to be wife and she and I both fell in love with it. The view is amazing, accomadation is great size and very clean, the balcony is so big you would nearly get lost on it and the pool is just the perfect. Not too far from the town centre, we even walked along the beach some days. All in all, I am looking forward to going back to this villa next year with my new WIFE.

Beautiful Villa with lovely view

We have just spent a lovely two weeks in July in this villa, it was absolutely beauitiful with the most stunning views over the Med. We were made to feel most welcome and the villa felt very luxurious and just like a home from home. Everything we could have asked for was provided from a good pool to great terraces. Villa itself was superb, very spacious and spotlessly clean, good location but car hire is reccomended.
