The holiday villa 'le oleandre' is set on the gentle slopes of Sala Comacina on the western shore of Lake Como. The accommodation has been elegantly furnished to provide modern contemporary living combined with infinity views of lake Como from an elevated position in the Medieval village of Sala Comacina. The accommodation is located on the 'Greenway del lago di como'* off a quiet no through road approximately 500 metres from the Lake Como shore. The extensive terrace offers ample space for outdoor entertaining together with a small garden to enjoy the peace and quiet of this sunny setting for an enjoyable holiday on Lake Como. The accommodation is suitable for 6 in three bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin). There is a sofa bed in the large living area which provides additional sleeping for 2 persons. Private underground parking is provided together with a lift to the accommodation.

Sala Comacina is one of the villages on *The Greenway, which is a 10.5 km path from Colonno to Cadenabbia di Griante, an enchanting walk to discover villas and gardens, Roman findings and wonderful examples of architecture, ancient villages and charming natural views. Set within the Lombardy region, known for its beauty as well as it's varied gastronomy and excellent wines, the area has spectacular scenery with a wealth of history, culture, villas and gardens attracting discerning travellers from all over the world. Some of the villas along the lake shore are homes for celebrities, explores and wealthy Milanese and have provided backdrops for many film locations in movies such as Casino Royale, Oceans twelve and Star Wars. Sala Comacina is a medieval village with narrow alleys and a village square bordering the lake front. The village has it's own beach providing easy access to the lake for swimming, bars, restaurants and local shops including a butcher and the bank.
