'Les Trois Roses' is a luxury three bedroom penthouse apartment, situated in St Laurent du Var, only 10 min by car from the beach and Nice airport. This elegant residence offers both a swimming pool, and a tennis court. The view from the terraces is fantastic - you can see from the blue Mediterranean to the mountains. You can have breakfast in the rising sun - or see the sun set behind the mountains! The apartment is bright and luminous, and elegantly decorated. It features stone floors and big bay windows. The living rooms is furnished with two sofas (one of them sleeping two). There is a flat screen TV with a DVD player, as well as a stereo system. The dining table offers seating for 8. All three bedrooms are equipped with queen beds (160x200). The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is also a full shower room and a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to a breakfast table on the terrace. There is on-site parking, and a very good super market next door!

  • Utilities and final cleaning are included in the price. Linen are 20 euros per person. There are no other fees or charges, but a security deposit of 750 euros, paid cash on arrival and reimbursed on departure if everything is OK.
  • To reserve, you pay a booking fee of 30%. Balance of 70% is due 50 days prior to arrival, as well as security deposit and linen fee.
