Two bedroom house in heart of village of West Wittering. House comprises of one double and one twin bedroom. Through lounge /dining room and fully fitted kitchen. Small court yard area at the rear of the property. This lovely little house is conveniently located in the heart of the village, close to all amenities. It is next to a small grocery store and has a private off street parking place to the rear of the property. West Wittering beach is within walking distance from the house through lovely country lanes. The natural and unspoiled beach with its excellent facilities make it a perfect place to holiday. The beach is one of the premier Blue flag beaches in the country. The national trust area of East Head is also within walking distance. The walled city of Chichester with its fabulous shops, theatre and cathedral is 7 miles away.

We had a very enjoyable two week stay during the Autumn. It was lovely to be able to walk easily to the beach every morning. We explored the surrounding area including Itchenor, East Wittering & Chichester which we got to know a little better and had several outings to the cinema. Kendal was a great base and provided everything we needed. It was nicely done and seemed well cared and maintained which we appreciated. The neighbours were friendly and welcoming and we felt quite at home.

We stayed at Kendal for a long weekend and found it ideal for us in every way.Its very well equiped and done out in a clean modern style but with a very cosy feel.It was lovely to find somewhere that was happy to except our 2 dogs as that can be a problem with so many places not excepting animals.The location was great with the beach a lovely walk through the fields away.The little shop next door was extremely useful!.Would definately stay there again and happy to recomend to all.

Everything we needed and more!

My family and I stayed here for Christmas 2008. We had absolutely everything we needed at our finger tips. The house was beautifully decorated and felt more like a home-away-from-home than a holiday rental. It is obvious this house has been lovingly prepared, ideal for young families and in a great location. The beach, post office, shops, petrol station, food outlets are all within a mile of Kendal. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and I would definately recommend a stay at Kendal at any time of year. Thanks for the lovely stay! Kirsty and family.
