This high quality villa is conveniently located in the Costeres region of Calpe, close to the lovely, safe sandy beach, numerous shops, two new supermarkets and good selection of restaurants.The accommodation is on three levels, accessed through a wooded door to a hallway which leads to a large sitting room / dining room. There is a feature archway from the dining area to a large fully fitted breakfast kitchen. Also on this level there is a double bedroom, a family shower room & a utility area with washing machine. From the hallway, stairs lead up to the first floor landing giving access to one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms and a twin bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom. Stairs from the first floor level lead to the roof top terrace. Another staircase leads down to a separate lounge having three bed-settees, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom & two twin bedrooms, also having an en-suite.
