The grand entrance hall leads through to the spacious living area and then onto the impressive private cinema room boasting a 50' TV with surround sound and DVD player. The welcoming kitchen and dining area features a stylish and fully equipped kitchen complete with oven & hob, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area comfortably accommodates 8 guests. The staff apartment is located behind the kitchen. Located on the lower level of the villa is an exciting games room equipped with a pool table, table football, card table and a computer with high speed internet access. Each bedroom, the cinema room and the games room are equipped with air conditioning units so all the interior facilities can be enjoyed in comfort even during the hottest part of the year.

This luxurious villa is located in the small peninsula resort of Buzios about a 2 hour drive north of Rio de Janerio. Ferradura beach, the best beach in the resort, is just a few minutes walk away. This beautiful horseshoe shaped bay provides calm and clear aqua blue waters along with a year round temperature in the highs of 70's. The local shops and restaurants are within walking distance and Buzios town is only a five minute drive from this magnificent property.
