Additional information about rental rates

  • There is a non-refundable $100 pet deposit.
    $500 refundable deposit on all rentals.
    $1000 refundable deposit on all longterm rentals. (one month or longer) Long term renters must pay gas and electric charges for the month they are renting. This will be taken out of the deposit.
    The deposit and half the complete rental charge is due upon reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
    We accept major credit cards.
    Complete refund is given is cancellation is at least 30 prior to arrival or if the property is re-rented.
  • There is a one time cleaning fee of $175
    Additional cleaning is available if pre-arranged. This fee is paid directly to the cleaning service.
    Concierge service is available upon request.
  • Holiday Rates Apply
    Thanksgiving week 4 night minimum $1600 or $2600 for the week.
    Christmas/New Years 1 week minimum or $2600.
    Other Holidays (Easter Week, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day) $400 a night, 3 night minimum or $2600 a week.
