This brand new property is situated in a quiet area of detached villas in the flourishing resort of Fanabe in Costa Adeje. The villa is superbly furnished and is fully equipped to give you an unforgettable luxurious holiday. Enjoy the sunshine all day long on the south facing terrace. which has sun loungers and relaxing sofa, chairs. The Gran Sur shopping center, with Multi Screen Cinema is a short walking distance from the villa, where you will find supermarkets, cafes and shops. The beautiful beaches of Bahia Del Duque and Fanabe can be reached within a five minute drive, while the lively beaches of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are a ten minute drive away. The up market Plaza Del Duque is less than 5 minutes away by car, with fabulous boutique shops and great restaurants. Many of our clients have loved how peaceful the area is, and the location of were the Villa is. The pool is heated from November to April heating can be put on or after these dates at a cost £75 per week

La Caleta has stunning sea views and fabulous fish and tapas restaurants on the oceanfront for a perfect relaxing meal. The lovely golden beaches of Fanabe are a pleasant 15 minute walk from the property. The villa is close to 3 golf courses, including the Costa Adeje Golf Course which has hosted the Spanish Open. The eagerly anticipated opening of the Siam Park took place in September 2008 and this amazing water themed adventure park is just 1 mile away from the villa.     This represents Excellent Value for Money for A Luxury Villa Of This Standard.
    The price represents From £199per person x 6 people for a weeks stay.
    Welcome pack, or flowers and champagne can be arranged with prior notice and payment to ensure a memorable stay.
  • High chair and cot can be provided, if informed before arrival and are supplied FREE.
    N.B.
    Refundable deposit for remote control for gates 80 euros, to Villa is required for clients with hire car, but there is ample parking outside.
    Charge will be made for lost keys and change of locks ( approx 100 euros )

This villa is perfectly situated to enjoy sunshine all day long, aswell as the evening sunset. Enjoy drinks and relax on the outside sofas, relax by the heated pool on the beautiful quiet terrace. Cook dinner on the purpose built barbecue and dining area during the endless warm evenings all year round. Inside you will find luxurious air conditioned accommodation with spacious dining and lounge areas. Upstairs comprises of Master bedroom with super king sized bed and en suite bathroom with twin sinks and walk in shower. This bedroom leads onto a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Villa Description Was Accurate Regarding All Aspects.
The Property Is Maintained To A High Standard Throughout
The Owners Were Very Friendly And Were Available 24hrs If Required.I Would Not Hesitate To Recommend This Villa To A Friend. We Visited Siam Park The Best Day For This Is A Friday
If You Do Not Wish To Use The Courtesy Bus You Can Catch A Public Bus All Las Americas Or Los Christianos Go To The Bus Station Which Is Only 5 Min Walk To The Park.
We Got Friendly With A Taxi Driver Who Spoke Good English
And Will Pick You Up At The Villa And Bring You Back If Required
We Have Left His Telephone No In The Info Book At The Villa
Owner's Response: I can only say we will be blessed if we have clients like these again coming to our Villa, They were a lovely family.
Thanks to them we have a lovely taxi guy who will do door to door service for our clients. Both Carolyn and I hope to see them again in the not to distant future.

My partner, daughter and I stayed at this villa for our honeymoon in march and the villa is furnished to a very high standard and owners couldnt do enough for us.we were made to feel at home and any problems were dealt with straight away,i.e taxis,travel cot,directions etc.the only thing that i would reccommend would be to put lighting around the bbq area as my partner loves to have bbqs but it was a bit of a pain by candlelight.The pool is great and the outdoor furniture was comfy.There was a bit of noise from other developments in the area but nothing to complain about.The walk to the centre of town was about 20mins (pushing a buggy) and not many euros to get a taxi if you didnt fancy the walk!.i would definately recommend this villa and would not hesitate at booking again.
Owner's Response: We are and still having great response since we started renting our Villa, so much so That a number of improvements are being planned in, one of which is the lighting around the barbacue area, you just cant do a makeshift thing with plugs and leads. Bearing in mind though we are probably only 1 of 3 villas in this area with this facility.

Great Holiday Villa

This is a lovely villa set in a quiet residential area just 15-20 mins walk to the Del Duque area, a couple of minutes walk to a small shop and just 5 mins drive to a large supermarket/shopping center.

Everything was as described within the property details and was of a very high standard. It was spacious, clean and very well presented. The owners were very helpful and on hand should we have needed anything.

Plently of towels were provided and they were replenished half way through the holiday - this makes a big differnce as you don't always get this on private rentals.

The outdoor area is fantastic, very secure, lovely gardens, luxurious furnishing and the swimming pool is a good size - not just a splash pool and it has an area for smaller children which was ideal.

The only small point was that the patio doors are not child proof - small children can open them from the inside, meaning that we had to keep a very close eye on our 2 year old at all times.

Overall I would highly recommend this villa and should we return to Tenerife I would definately book this villa again.
