'Casa Rosa' is set in the Algarvian hillside and just 5 minutes from the lovely market town of Loule, with its shops, market, cafes and Portuguese charm. The Villa and Cottage are linked by a stunning courtyard in which barbequing and entertaining is a must. Importantly this property has recently undergone a total refit and is in excellent condition. It benefits from 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a twin bedded room on the upstairs mezzanine. There are 2 newly fitted kitchens, (one large, one small) 3 shower rooms, 2 living rooms (one large, one small) and a lovely secluded swimming pool (skinny dipping recommended!) 'Casa Rosa' is 20 mins from Faro airport, 20 mins from an abundance of local beaches and 2 mins from the shops. A hire car is advisable. Please note this is not a 'complex/resort' holiday home but our own detached country home. We would therefore ask you to look after our ornaments and furniture. No pets or smoking please.

You will find it all in the Algarve with top international golf courses, sailing, walking, fishing, surfing and a host of fine restaurants to while away a relaxing evening.
