Beautiful elegantly furnished one bedroom flat located in a gated development minutes from the enchanting medieval village of Saint Paul de Vence. The property is located on the first floor and has original oak beams and Provencal tiled floors. The kitchen is fully fitted (electric oven, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer) and opens on to a large terrace (43sq.m) with seating for 6. With some of the most spectacular views of the area from the mountains to the coast. The bedroom has a large double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet. The property has use of a shared pool area and also benefits from an allocated parking space. There is also a satellite TV located in the living area and WIFI throughout. Located just 15min (by car) from Nice airport and 5 mins to Saint Paul, you will have the ideal base to discover the fascinating cultural heritage and the wonders of this unique destination.

A wonderful place simply to BE

This appartment is a wonderful place just to BE. If there were nothing outside or it poured with rain for days on end, it would still be a pleasure to live here. Perched on a hilltop almost at the top of a collection of unique appartments full of character, it has amazing views over to St Paul. The kitchen is well-equipped, the sofa incredibly comfortable, good shower, comfy bed and all very thoughfully decorated. There is also an ipod dock which is a nice touch. But then there is a multitude of sights and places outside too, which makes the appartment a great base for exploring. Nice, Vence, Antibes, Gorge de Loup, Grasse are all within easy reach. I would certainly stay here again.

Stayed in this lovely apartment last year. The enormous terrace has stunning views of the beautiful medieval village of St Paul and the mountains behind. We really enjoyed our evenings dining on the terrace – just magical. There is a good size shared swimming pool or you can sunbathe on your own terrace facing St Paul. The apartment has a lovely ambience, with a pretty bedroom, very comfortable bed and views to the sea. Very well equipped and satellite TV/WiFi. St Paul is 5 minutes in the car or a 15 minute walk with many boutiques, galleries and cafes where you can sit and watch the world go by. The apartment is conveniently located, very close to airport, motorway and beaches. Lots to do and see. Situated on a hilltop in a small gated unspoilt old 'domaine' overlooking the countryside below it was a little oasis and a perfect base to explore the area. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment for a great and very comfortable holiday.

Amazing apartment Facing Saint-Paul-de-Vence

I have rented this recently totally renovated apartment for up to 2-weeks yearly since July 2003:

The vast terrace faces a picture perfect Medieval village and is ideal for all meals, sunning, reading etc and has outdoor chaises, table & chairs and umbrella. The kitchen is fully equipped with mod cons etc, the living room/dining room are nicely done (with WiFi! & Cable TV) and the bedroom, with bath ensuite, is large and well appointed.

I enjoy the dual views (and breezes); from the BR windows you can see Cannes and the sea and from the bath SPdeV. As a daily lap swimmer, the pool is essential. I've met many owners/neighbors who are all friendly. Can't recommend it more highly.
