The property is a beautiful coach house set amongst approximately 1300sq m of gardens in the heart of Chamonix. From the front gates a tree lined drive takes you to the chalet itself and covered parking for all of our guests. With only about 250m to walk to get to the pedestrian centre of Chamonix, our property is one of few with this amount of surrounding space, so close to the centre of town. New for this season, the stunning coach house loft, is a massive 160m2, with log fire, 4 bedrooms, Jacuzzi bath and steam cabinet. The Coach house has been newly acquired by its present owners and is freshly decorated to a high standard. There is private covered parking on the grounds. In summer, the gardens provide ample room for sunbathing and BBQ, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aguille du Midi in the back ground. Children can play safely in the confines of the garden. In winter, the main ski bus stop is two minutes walk away.

Notes: The apartment is a massive 160m2 with exposed beams, wood floors. There is a total of five full height doors opening up to reveal fabulous views of the Mont-Blanc range. The loft is stylishly furnished and has all the modern gadgets one would associate with a property of this quality. There is UK satellite TV, DVD, and Hi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 90cm range cooker and a large fridge freezer with ice machine. Sleeping arrangements are in 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins. One of the twin rooms can be converted to bunk beds. We would reccomend the loft for 8 people, but a couple of extra kids can easily be accommodated. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi and the other main bathroom has a steam cabinet for after-ski relaxation.

Additional Services: If you are not going to hire a car, we would be happy to organise transfer to/from Geneva airport.
