Situated just minutes walk from the delightful Gale beach and close to the shops and restaurants, Casa Por do Sol is perfect for a family beach holiday with the added indulgence of your own private pool. The interior is very comfortable with good size rooms and modern bathrooms, the new kitchen leads out to the covered pool terrace and built-in barbecue with hand basin, ideal for outdoor dining. Surrounding the house is a lovely selection of shrubs, pot plants and flowers that have all been very carefully tended to add colour and certainly makes the villa feel very homely. Ground Floor : Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, lounge with dining facilities. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom , 1 Twin bedroom, both share a full bathroom . 1 Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. From the upper terrace good sea view.

The Village of Gale has something to satisfy every taste: beautiful beaches, excellent sport facilities, great for walking holidays, beach relaxing, cycling holidays, watersports. The nearest golf course is Salgados a Links course with plenty of natural water hazards. A wider selection of shops is available at Algarve Shopping centre at nearby Guia, a short drive from Galé. This double storey shopping mall has over a hundred shops including some recognizable international brands . There is also a bowling alley here, a hypermarket, restaurants and a cinema which shows films in English with subtitles.

Had a fabulous holiday in Villa Por do Sol

I really feel I have to tell everyone about the fantastic 10 night holiday we had in this villa. The villa had everything you could want or need and was exactly as described. The rental company couldn't do enough for you and the maid service was excellent and more frequent than advertised. There was plenty to do in the surrounding area , once we found our bearings, and the beaches and bars were lovely! We went in a party that ranged in age from 1 to 64 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Would definitely recommend and am already looking to book again for next year! Planet Fusion bar was good with friendly owners, great food, good beer and karaoke twice a week...what more could you want from your holiday!! Hopefully see you next year Villa Por do Sol!!!!

Great holiday at the Por Do Sol Villa

The villa was perfect, and just as the description. However the photograph did not do the property justice, when we arrived we were gobsmacked how lovely the villa/pool were. The maid came more regular than stated and the Villa was kept immaculate, all the utensils/kitchen equipment were very useful. I would definitely recommend the Villa to a friend. The villa is in quite a quiet area and you have to locate the best bars/restaurants on foot, I would definitely recommend trying the more portugese bars/restaurants over the typically 'brit' orientated bars for example the View Bar ! Taxis are readily available on the main road, and are VERY cheap for example €8.00 to go into Albufeira, €7.50 to Zoo Marine. We had a great relaxing time at the Por Do Sol Villa, but just one word of warning there are quite a few dogs in the area that bark, so ensure you shut your doors/windows at night!! We did have a problem with the front door lock, it broke whilst we were there, and the owners sorted it immediately.
