Photos and Description of this Cumbrian Lakes holiday villa 5 Bed, 3 Bath executive home on secure gated community, 15 mins from Disney

Our luxurious 5 bedroomed air conditioned house with screened pool and spa has a stunning view of a lake. The villa is located in the peaceful gated community of Cumbrian Lakes set in a conservation area with sparkling lakes together with walks and jogging trails and yet only 5 minutes from the shops and restaurants on Highway 192. Disney and other attractions are a mere 15 minutes away. The master suite with its king sized bed has a luxurious ensuite bathroom with bath, walk in shower and his/hers basins. There are two twin bedded rooms upstairs which share a bathroom. The second main bedroom, located on the ground floor overlooking the pool, has a new queen sized bed and shares a bathroom with the fifth (twin bed) room. The Family room has a large screen TV. Beautifully furnished, there is ample kitchen equipment, microwave, fridge-freezer, range, washer and dryer, towels, linens etc. This is a non-smoking and pet free home. The garage has been converted into a games room.

Cumbrian Lakes is a beautiful wooded conservation area with sparkling lakes that provide a natural habitat for Cranes, Ospreys and Blue Herons. The community has a children's playground and many walks, cycling and jogging trails. The main theme parks and attractions such as Disney and Sea World are no more than 15 minutes drive away. Universal and Florida Mall are about 30 minutes away. Our villa is also close to the numerous restaurants and shopping outlets along the 192. For golfers there are a number of excellent golf courses within easy reach. If you are a fishing enthusiast, West Lake Toho has some of the best Bass fishing in Florida and is 10 minutes away. The wonderful sunsets of the Gulf coast to the west, the Atlantic coast to the east plus the Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral are all only about an hour's drive. For something different try a boat trip along St John's river - see alligators and manatees in the wild. Even closer (10 mins), airboat rides at Boggy Creek.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates include ALL TAXES AND CLEANING.
    We accept booking in either GB pounds or US Dollars.
    Deposit of £125.00 per week required to secure booking. Once the booking is confirmed (normally within 7 days), the deposit will be non-refundable.
    The outstanding balance will be payable 8 weeks prior to departure. At this time, an additional refundable security deposit of £200 will be payable to cover any breakage/damage. The security deposit will be refunded to the client no later than 30 days after vacating the property subject to no breakage/damage.

    In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
    More than 8 weeks - deposit;
    6-8 weeks prior to departure - 50% of total rental charge;
    4-6 weeks - 75% of total rental charge; and
    Less than 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of total rental charge.
  • Optional pool heating £85 per week - needed mid October to mid April.
    Also required if wanting to use the spa/jacuzzi in other months.

Notes: The Family Room has the added advantage of high lofted ceilings. there is a 55' TV incorporating Cable TV and DVD.There is also a Hi-fi system where you can listen to the local radio stations or your favourite CDs. The villa has a large pool deck area with private pool and pool furniture. Optional pool heating - needed late October to April is available at £85 per week. Pool heat is also required if you wish to use the spa during the summer months. All linen and towels are provided. The garage has been converted into a games room including pool, table tennis, air hockey, Playstation 2 and darts. No smoking for the benefit of all our guests. High speed internet has been installed in 2009 so just bring your laptop.
