It is a very nice rustic house in a peacefully place near the beautiful town of Pollença (4 km) and 10 minutes to the sea at the Pollensa or Alcudia bay. There are a lovely garden with a very nice swimming-pool and two terraces (1 with barbecue), full equipped kitchen, dinning and sitting room, 3 bedrooms (2 with terrace) and 3 bathrooms (2 en suite). The house is equipped with central heating. Near the house, there is an old beautiful little church with a romantic garden. Also it is near of Tramontana Mountains.

4 km from the house is Pollen?a, an old village from the time of Arabs, and after the Romans, with about 13.000 inhabitants. It is surrounded by picturesque mountain and valleys, and is known by its old monuments (cloister, Roman Bridge, Calvary, churches, etc.), its narrow middle age streets, its lively Sunday market, its summer Music Festival, etc.). There is a good assortment of bars, restaurants, art galleries, etc. Many streets are only for pedestrians, so the village is calm and relaxed. There is a good offer for all kind of shopping. The Port Pollen?a is distant 6 km from the villa, has a Marina, beaches and kind of tourist resources.

lovely peaceful villa.

We had an excellent week in this villa. It is located in it's own fenced garden on a corner plot on a nice mature development ,in a wooded area. It is about six miles just south of Polensa .It is some distance from shops, etc. so a car needed. Nearest supermarket about two miles away, as you enter San Pablo. If arriving late bring basics with you as there was no 'welcome' pack.
The villa is owned by Spanish speakers with limited English, we found the directions a bit vague, but eventually got there!
Only downside was beds, they are a bit basic; and for some reason no kettle in an otherwise well equiped kitchen!
