This spacious villa is located in mature landscaped gardens within the Pinheiros Altos development. The bright and spacious comfy lounge/dining and well equipped kitchen area has large patio doors to the pool and garden. Outside there is plenty of garden furniture and sun loungers . There are 3 double bedrooms at this level, one of which has en-suite facilities and all having own access to the gardens. There is also a well appointed shower room on this level and a cloakroom with wc. The master bedroom with en-suite is on the top floor and has its own furnished terrace overlooking the pool. There is air conditioning as well as as underfloor heating throughout. There is parking at the front of the villa with the the Pinheiros Golf Resort just a couple of minutes walk away. There is a golf buggy with this villa for guest use. Quinta do Lago shopping centre is a short drive for both everyday essentials and great restaurants. Highly recommended for family holiday.

Quinta da Lago is an exclusive residential area set in 800 hectares of pine forest and close to the natural park of the Ria Formosa. The villa is located in a secluded area close to the clubhouse of the Pinheiros Altos Golf Course. There are also a number of other excellent championship golf course both nearby and throughout the Algarve area. The attractive Quinta Shopping Centre is just a short drive with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a selection of great beaches nearby, all with beachside restaurants ideal for the lazy lunch. There is also no end of really good restaurants in the area to suit all tastes. The Jim Stewart Tennis Academy is also within a short distance. The narrow streets of the Old Town of Faro are lovely to stroll around where there are lots of lovely little shops and restaurants. The nearby town of Quarteira has an excellent weekly market selling just about everything.

Additional Information: The villa is a short drive to the Quinta Shopping where there is a well stocked supermarket and a pharmacy as well as lots of boutique type shops. The Vale da Loba Praca is close too and as well as being on the beach itself, also has a selection of restaurants/bars and little shops. Almancil is a 10 minute drive where again there are good supermarkets and restaurants. There is a large shopping centre in Faro called The Forum which has excellent facilities. There is also a communal pool at the Pinheiros Altos development.

Golf: The villa is located just beside the challenging Pinheiros Altos Golf Course. There are numerous golf courses both nearby and throughout the Algarve. Talk to the owner for more details.
