This one-bedroom apartment extends over 60m2. There is a double bed in the bedroom and the possibility of a foldable bed (either in the main room or in the living room if needed). Tastefully and stylish furniture (Le Corbusier lounge). Soundproof windows. Complete entertainment system with television, DVD, Hi-fi and CD player. FREE Wi-Fi wireless. Air conditioning. The location can’t be better, it is just behind the antique Santa Maria del Mar Church, about five minutes walk from Las Ramblas and about five minutes walk to the old port of Barcelona on the sea. The district is the well-known EL BORN, a trendy area full of new design shops and cosy restaurants and pubs. All the area around is pedestrian. Just a few meters from the Picasso Museum in Montcada street and also to Mercat Santa Catalina where you have an amazing variety of fresh products such as fish and fruit, and also very close to Barcelona Cathedral and Palau de la Musica On the other hand, in contrast with its historic location, the apartment is new and has all the comfort that the modern home features provide
