Our house in Seefled is located on the edge of the village adjacent to the forest. It is a large self-catering chalet suitable for winter skiing and summer walking or activity holidays. The ski slopes are just a few minutes walk away or if preferred, the chalet is 100m from the free ski-bus. The area is particularly suited to families with a good range of skiing facilities including extensive cross country ski trails. Seefeld in winter is the most romantic setting and the perfect place for a winter wonderland holiday. The house has full under-floor heating and a log burning stove in the living room making for a warm and cozy atmosphere after a long day in the snow. In summer the scenery is spectacular and the weather generally warm and sunny. There are many activities available although relaxing in the sunshine is always an option. Nearest Train: Seefeld at 1 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
Seefeld is within easy reach of Innsbruck and only a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport. Alternatively, Munich airport is an hour and a half's drive away. The region is perfect for winter skiing holidays but transforms itself in the summer into a mountain paradise with stunning scenery. The historic and cultural city of Innsbruck is nearby and well worth a visit.

Value: This property is very much a house and not an apartment. The house comprises of a lounge/dining room, kitchen and cloakroom on the ground floor, two double bedrooms on the 1st floor with and bathroom and separate wc and a master bedroom on the 2nd floor with en-suite. There is a cellar with utility room and bootroom. The house is on a corner plot with a garden at the back, side and front. The outlook is over woodland with stunning views of the mountains. All bedrooms have their own balconies. All rooms have under-floor heating and their is plenty of hot water for everyone. We are very keen to offer value for money so have set the prices towards those of apartments.

Our stay in this appartment was very nice and comfortable. The house is situated in a very nice and quiet location on walking distance from Seefeld.
The owners went to great lengths to ensure that we had all that we wanted to make our stay memorable.

Excellent appartment in Seefeld

Our stay in this appartment was very nice and comfortable. The house is situated in a very nice and quiet location on walking distance from Seefeld. Close to the house, there are skien facilities for children. Seefeld is a beautifull village with lots of shops and restaurants for a perfect holiday in summer and winter.

A Winter Wonderland !!

I do not ski, but I had a try on a gentle green slope with poor Mike holding me up for dear life!! Yes I fell over once but was determined to keep going even at my age (a middle aged lady)! This was the first time that I had ever experienced deep, white crisp snow and I have to say that I was not disappointed, it was a truly magical experience. It was snowing most of the time we were in Seefeld and it just felt like Christmastime all over again. I was surprised that I did not feel cold at any stage of my holiday, the snow almost seemed refreshing. The chalet is beautiful, clean, warm with everything you could possible need whilst your away. It is a very well maintained property with a fab power shower and plenty of hot water, so just respect that if you choose to rent this house. The supermarket is within easy reach with a very well stocked selection of fine wines. The Austrian people are friendly but helps if you just try out your german even if its just to say thank you!! I could write pages on this resort, there is something for everyone, even if you don't ski. Thank you so much to Mike and Viv !! Love from Wobs and the Fat Chap! xx

Superbly located holiday retreat!

What you get here is just what was promised! A very spacious welcoming and well appointed family size chalet situated on the edge of the village but within easy walking distance of the extensive facilities offered in Seefeld. Very easy to self cater with well equipped kitchen and well appointed bathrooms and cloakrooms. The owners went to great lengths to ensure that we had all that we wanted to make our stay memorable. Very picturesque skiing well suited to beginners and intermediates. Picture postcard scenery. A massive amount of alternative activities for the non-skier. Great restaurants and bars. Just a very convenient place to very easily get away from it all. Can't wait to return in the summer! Must be just amazing.
