Nationalpark Hohe Tauern holiday apartment: Rauris

We feel very lucky to have been the first guests to stay at Kerstin 4 apartment on the Schonblick complex.The route from the airport was accurate,with the location easy to find.
When entering the apartment you are met by lovely warm underfloor heating throughout.The hall is long with beautiful oak floor and doors.The decour of all the bedrooms are light and colour co-ordinated with beautiful hand painted wall canvases The comfort of the beds were very good and the duvets/pillows were so soft and warm.The views from the bedrooms were stunning ,mountains and meadows.The lounge/dining room/kitchen is very large and spacious,the L shaped settee is very comfortable with fluffy cushions to help you relax more, colour co-ordinated again lovely soft greens/pale grey and beautiful hand painted canvases,lovely curtains with soft green tie backs. The 32" flat screen television is a perfect addition also the DVD player & DVDs/CD player/ipod system(bring your own ipod)this was very useful.The lounge is made more luxurious with two sets of folding doors opening onto a really large L shaped balcony,with patio furniture,with breathtaking mountain views.The eight seater dining table is beautiful in solid oak with really comfy chairs.The kitchen was equiped with everything you need and more,plenty of good quality saucepans,and crockery,cutlery that you would expect in a luxury apartmen,also a rolling pin if you want to make your own apple strudel!! The Tassimo coffee machine was a very useful addition.Both the en-suite bathroom having a large shower ,and the main bathroom withbath/shower also heated towel rail, are very spacious with fluffy white towels in both.With the apartment being on the first floor there is a lift to use if needed also the underground car park for one vehicle was really useful in the snow. The on-site spa/gym/bar/roof terrace should all be open next time we visit. It is a very luxurious apartment with stunning views and everything here that you want,we have told all our friends and cant wait to re-book.
