This sheltered bay is a popular spot for private yachts and motor boats, who often gather there to watch the romantic sundown. Es Vedra with it's mystical powers, Cala d'Hort, Cala de's Cubells, Cala Tarida are all only a short drive away. Good tarmac road and scenic driving. Nearby San Jose has everything a person might want: shops, bars, restaurants, a church, a shady arbor, benches, winding streets, banks, a chemist, a Dr, and the DVD rental store ! San Jose is first and foremost a living village, not a tourist spot, that has managed to keep it's Ibicencan charm.
