Your own filtrated swimming pool, BBQ,Sun loungers, covered patio with table and chairs.The property has easy access to the road which runs between 2 villages. 5 mins drive from small town of El Perello with all facilities. 15 mins from beautiful beaches, 15 mins from River Ebro perfect for fishing and famous for its large catfish. Only 1 mile away from a fabulous exclusive country restaurant. A welcome pack with start up groceries is provided for you, and an information folder with places of interest, fun activities and restaurants to visit, and maps to get you there.

  • On booking your holiday a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance to be paid 6 weeks before the start date of your stay. A fully refundable deposit of £150 or 200 euros is required when you arrive for any damages or breakages which is fully refundable at the end of your stay on inspection of property. Short breaks available details on request we are giving a 10% discount for any bookings taken before end February 2009.

We had a wonderful holiday at this house. Everything in its description was very accurate. The house is clean, bright and very private and peaceful yet it is within a few minutes of a good sized town and lovely beaches and there is loads to do and see nearby. You also have the choice to take it easy by the lovely pool or on the shady terrace. The owners are very helpful and organised and have put together a well-written guide telling you everything you need to know for your stay. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby and lots of activities for both adults and children. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday and we really do hope to return here ourselves.

De beschrijving klopt: het huis is goed en met zorg en creativiteit gebouwd, overal vaste horren dus geen insecten in huis, goede badkamer en douche met jaccouzi-faciliteiten. Gezellig ingericht (Ikea). Bij aankomst enorme mand met levensmiddelen / sangria, bak met kersen, eieren van eigen kippen van eigenaars, vele flessen wijn om te gebruiken (wel aanvullen!). Enorme hartelijke ontvangst, men doet alles om het de huurder naar de zin te maken! Zwembad prima, goed verzorgd. Omgeving: voornamelijk olijvenboomgaarden, zeer natuurlijk. Geen vaste omheining, honden die graag de wijde wereld intrekken krijgen de mogelijkheid! Mooie plek om als thuisbasis te dienen voor uitstappen naar binnenland / dorpen en steden. Barcelona is goed te doen: 1 uur en 45 minuten rijden.

The description of the house and location is accurate, the owners provide very good and hospital customer service! Nice and clean swimmingpool, good bathrooms, nice furnisched and super privacy! Also good place to stay with our dogs. We surely recommend this property to our friends.
