Property number 13 consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, an upstairs toilet with shower area, downstairs toilet, fully fitted kitchen and living room, balcony upstairs and downstairs patio with patio furniture. The property is maintained very well as is the complex. The property is ideal for a self catering summer holiday rental.

The Kalamaki Court complex is situated in the beautiful setting of Kalamaki, Zakynthos. Zakythos (Zante) is one of the Ionian Island and is situated off western mainland Greece. The nearby beach is a protected turtle beach and is only 15 minutes walk from the complex. The resort of Kalamaki is just 10 minutes walk from the property. The airport is easily accessible and is only a 10 minute drive from Kalamaki Court. The main town Zante is located 4 kilometres from Kalamaki. Public transport is very good on the island. A couple of hundred metres away from the property there is a bus stop and this bus will bring you into the main town on the island. The main bus station is situated in Zante town. Car hire is very reasonable.

Notes: All doors and windows are fitted with mosquito nets, along with shutters. The entrance to the property is through 2 secured doors, and the property also has an intercom for extra security. High chairs and cots can also be made available at a small extra charge. Air conditioning is available but is optional. If you require air conditioning there will be an extra charge of 25euro per week. The property is looked after by an excellent Management Company who look after the grounds, gardens and pools on a daily basis. Should you require a Food Welcome Pack this can also be arranged at an additional cost.

Water Park: The water park is approximately 20 minutes drive from the property which is a great fun day out for the kids. The water park can also be reached by regular public transport.

Upon arrival: When you arrive at the property it will be spotlessly clean, with beds made up, clean towels, and spare bed linen. A mid stay clean can also be arranged if required at a small extra charge.
