In the village of Koromani, just 3 kms from the town of Barban, and 10 Minutes from the Sea is this traditionally decorated & furnished apartment on the ground floor of an Istrian family home, surrounded by natural countryside and with superb views of the sea, with the islands of Cres and Losinj, and of the Ucka mountain range. It is ideal for 2 adults, but with the option of a sofabed and child’s cot, it would also be suitable for a small family. The apartment comprises a large open-plan Living-Dining -Kitchen, with a stone fireplace, sofa (which may be made up as a sofabed) and TV, a wooden dining table and chairs plus fully equipped kitchen. This room opens onto a balcony from which to enjoy the spectacular views; a spacious, airy Bedroom with a good sized double bed and ample wardrobe and space (Note a child’s cot is also available);a bathroom with corner shower, sink unit, and WC. Outside is a shaded terrace with table and chairs overlooking the well kept garden.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We require a 18% deposit to secure the booking, payable either by Bank Transfer or Credit card, with the balance payable on arrival either by Credit Card or in Cash.
    The invoiced amount must be in Kuna (the local currency). If payment is made in Euros or British pounds, the exchange rate will be the Hypo Alpe Adria Bank mid rate as quoted on the day of receipt (less any commission charged).
  • Prices include PDV (VAT) but Local Tourist taxes and Registration are additional items and will be shown separately on the invoice.
    Local Tourist taxes range from 2 kuna (approx 27 cents) to 4 kunas (approx 55 cents) per adult per night depending on the season. Children under 12 years old pay no taxes, Children between 12 and 18 years old pay half rate taxes.
    The One-off Registration fee is 30 kuna (approx 4 euros) per person.
  • We can help with arranging car hire if you wish at very competitive prices through our friend Manuel from Pula. He can meet you at the airport with the car if you wish and similarly pick it up from the airport on your return. Just ask us for a quotation and we can then make the necessary arrangements for you.
