Situated a few metres away from the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars, in a good yet lively neighbourhood, 100 metres away from la rue Cler where fruit and veg shops, convenience stores, butchers, cheese shops, charcuteries etc are open round the clock.... numerous typically Parisian restaurants and cafés, bakers, croissants etc.. Paris's museums and monuments are within easy reach by bus, 3 minutes away from the building in the Avenue Bosquet, or by metro from Ecole Militaire, 6 minutes away on foot. The apartment is on the first floor of a charming block, sunny and very pleasant. On the ground floor there is an Italian delicatessen which is open 7 days a week offering delicious meals to eat in or out, an American grocers 'MAC COY', and a self service selling hamburgers, chips .....etc
