The accommodation is on two levels, there is an entrance hall to lounge. The dining room is adjacent to a large, fully fitted breakfast kitchen having a range of modern built in appliances. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level. Stairs from the lounge and dining area give access to the master double bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom, walk-in dressing area with mirrored wardrobes, a luxurious drinks bar and double patio doors to the first floor balcony. In addition, there are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and double patio doors to the balcony. An additional family bathroom bathroom is provided on this level. The villa is very comfortable and has been furnished and equipped with a “Disneyland” theme throughout – the photos say it all! Outside, patio doors from the lounge give access to covered and open terraces surrounding the large 12m x 7m kidney swimming pool which has roman steps.
