Photos and Description of this Playa Blanca holiday villa 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self catering villa comfortably sleeping up to 4 plus cot.

This lovely modern detached villa is situated in a peaceful and very well maintained area of Playa Blanca. Inside the villa there are 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage and ceiling fans in both, and a family bathroom as well as an ensuite. The open plan lounge area has a leather sofa and chairs, a TV with DVD, Sky and a HIFI and WIFI and this leads through to the fully equipped kitchen area. Leading from the lounge through large patio doors is the partially enclosed dining area complete with rattan table and chairs, and from here you can enjoy the solar+electric heated swimming pool and terrace complete with sunbeds and comfy cushions. There is also a great raised patio area with lovely views over to Fuerteventura....perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while the sun sets over the sea....and all of this is surrounded by a mature and wonderfully colourful garden!! Casa Papagayo really has everything you need to enjoy your perfect holiday on the lovely island of Lanzarote!!!

The villa is located in a lovely peaceful area of Playa Blanca approx 15-20 minutes walk from the Papagayo beaches and approx 20-25 mins walk from the fabulous new Marina..here you can find a great selection of bars and restaurants. There is bus services which runs into he village every half hour and also a taxi rank a few mins walk away!

  • An electric pool heat pump is available to maintain the pool at a lovely swimming temperature of approx 27-30 Celsius (80-82Farenheit), the solar heating is great for the summer months but the heat pump is highly recommended during the months of October through to March/April when there are less hours of sun in the day to warm the solar panels..if you would like to make use of this facility an additional charge of 40 pounds per week will be made, otherwise the solar will run as normal.
  • Children under 2 at the time of traveling stay free, with free travel cot hire available!!
    *All linen and towels are provided including pool towels!!
    *A welcome pack of milk, coffee, tea etc is also included!!
    *24/7 emergency English speaking call out service included for all guests.
    *A deposit of £150 per week is required to secure a booking.
    Bookings are mainly from Thursday 10am - Thursday 3pm.

Notes: From the private parking behind the villa there are 5 steps down to the terrace and then it is all on one level. Inside the villa there is a clothes airier, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer and a safe. All of the doors and windows have white shutters which are perfct for keeping the villa nice and cool. We are 4 friends from college and we stayed here in November 2007 we were looking for a sunny relaxing holiday - it was perfect.
A fantastic location, brilliant weather, beautiful villa - in great condition - everything you needed and more.
We spent a great week on the island - from the villa you can walk to the beaches in the national park, restaurants etc
We spent most days sightseeing and then returning to the lovely refreshing pool.
In the evenings there was loads of nice places in town to eat out and go for a few drinks.
