Just 15 minutes drive from Paphos Airport, or one hour and 20 minutes from Larnaca Airport, means that within a short time, you can reach this unique paradise set amongst the most stunning villa's in Paphos. This detached villa has open plan living on the ground floor and a guest wc. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with an en suite, and there is a family bathroom. The lounge and dining area's overlook the beautifully landscaped gardens with a private swimming pool and sea views.

Drive down to the sea and relax on the beach, lunch in one of the most recommended restaurants around, and finish the day with a round of golf in Secret Valley or in the neighbouring Aphroditie Golf Course.

Golf: The villa is in *Secret Valley with the Golf Club just a short 5 min drive, and has a bar and restaurant overlooking the beautifully landscaped course. There is also a shop for your golfing needs, and a hire facility, and broadband connection for you to use free of charge. The course plays to a par 72. With its driving range and chipping area it is close enough to get in some daily practice! Secret Valley is a highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned area of 'Petra Tou Rominou', the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. It consistently appears as the preferred course among the Islands visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment. *Secret Valley is also known as Venus Rock Aphrodite Hills golf complex has a championship course just a stones throw further up the coast on the road to Limmasol. Crowning Aphrodite Hills Resorts leisure facilities is the magnificent 18 hole golf course designed by the acclaimed course architect, Cabell B. Robinson. Tsada golf course (also known as Minthis Hills) is also only 20 mins drive.

Ocean Heights really is a home from home. We found the location an ideal base for sightseeing around the island, with the main road only a short distance away.

The villa was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. The villa was furnished to a high standard and was very clean and tidy on arrival. The villa is set in a beautifully maintained garden with a nice size pool and comfortable sun loungers. The master bedroom has a lovely balcony with stunning views towards the sea, a perfect place to sit and enjoy breakfast and watch the world go by.

The area is very quiet with no restaurants or bars so if you like peace and tranquility this is the place for you, a car is essential if you wish to see some of the island.

The villa has a very informative visitors book which gives you lots of tips on places to visit, local supermarkets, restaurants etc

The small town of Kouklia just up the road from the villa is very friendly with restaurants serving local cypriot dishes at reasonable prices and the town of Pissouri about 15 mins drive also has some very nice restaurants and a beautiful beach.

If you want a bit of luxury and pampering pay a visit to Aphrodites Hill Golf Resort, but be prepared to pay above local prices for food and drinks.

We would recommend a stay at this villa and will most certainly be returning ourselves in the near future.

A very peaceful place

This property is ideal for a quiet, getaway holiday, which is what we wanted. It was fully equipped with all that was required in a home & the villa was a good size. A car was definately needed, as it is some way away from shops and beaches. It would have been beneficial to have had some information on the nearest supermarket, as we spent time looking for a decent one, although the owners had provided a lot of information on places to visit etc. The pool was well maintained, as were the gardens.

We had problems with getting the TV channels working. We could not get the digibox working, however there were plenty of DVD`s to keep the kids entertained especially in the evenings as the area is quite secluded & not near any restaurants/bars. Also you have to pay for the internet- which we were not made aware of until we tried to log on.

The villa is well placed within easy reach of the main A6 road, which was excellent. There is no maid service which wasn`t a problem for us, as there were plenty of towels & linen available.

The villa is ideal if you want to get away from the noise & hustle and bustle of a resort, but being abe to walk to a restaurant or shop would have been nice in the evenings.
