3 Bed villa in romantic tropical setting. The Villa is set in its own lush tropical gardens and offers outside terraces, patio's and sala's from which to enjoy the outdoor life. The Villa is fully equipped with all the conveniences to make your stay one you will remember. The Villa is decorated and furnished in a modern yet comfortable style with air con throughout. The Villa is equipped with Sat TV, DVD and music system with a good selection of movies and music for you to choose from. There is a large secluded, shared pool with terraces, sala's, sun loungers and places to sit for your enjoyment. The Villa shall be cleaned and beds made every day with linen and towels changed every fourth day. car and bike rental available ( Valid license and passport will be required ).

Only 6 minutes to Jomtien beach and a further 6 minutes to Pattaya Beach, for a more secluded beach experience Ban Ampur and Ban Saray are all within a short drive and offer great Thai food and drink at a reasonable price. For those wishing to visit beautiful tropical islands there are Koh Larn, Koh Samet and Koh Chang are all easily accessible from Pattaya. The Sukemvit highway is only a 3 minute drive where you will find all the big international supermarkets, shopping centres, banks and other places of interest including, the floating market and lake view market, The Avenue shopping complex, Alangkarn cultural theatre show, Cable ski-ing, Elephant trecking, Underwater world, Horse riding and over 10 world class golf courses all within easy reach of the Villa. In the village you will find local bars and eateries, Local markets and the popular Wat Huay Yai ( temple ) within walking distance of the Villa.

We really enjoyed our 10day stay at the villa. Keith and his wife are very nice and helpful people. They had some helpful tips to explore the vicinity of Huay Yin and the Pattaya area. We very much appreciated Keiths recommendation for dining at PKs and the quiet beach just south of Jomtien. Our tip for the beach: If you are looking for a quiet and more peaceful place, Ton-Hards restaurant has great food and provides sundbeds and shade parking free of charge (close to Pinneacle resort).

The villa itself is as shown as on the site and the rooms look exactly like on the pictures. Each room is spacious and separately airconditioned. Our beds were made every day and even the dishes have been cleaned.

The pool and its area is very clean and nicely decorated. We also liked the illumination at night time. The entrance to the villa complex was lit up at night too. After nights out in noisy Pattaya, we loved coming 'home' each night to 'our tranquil hideaway'. In our opinion Keith and his wife have a very good taste and it shows everywhere on the property.

We would definately recommend this villa to our friends, but do suggest to rent car/bike to get around.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Keith and Anne for a great two week holiday, The Villa was lovely with a great garden for the kids, the pool was beautiful and kept us all entertained.

The house was more than we expected and excellent value for money.

Thanks and we will be recommending this place to our friends.
