Villa Meltem is located in a quiet area just above Kalkan town, away from major roads It is an easy 8 minute stroll to town down a gentle hill. The detached villa is set amidst a mature garden with bougainvillea, banana, pomegranate and olive trees and various other plants and shrubs. There are unobstructed views of the sea and town from all rooms, terrace and pool making it a relaxing and calm place to be. The villa has been built for summer living – the ground floor living area opens out to the large pool and terrace. Large sliding doors give the house an open and spacious feel. All rooms are air conditioned and fans are also supplied. The living area is 90 square metres and consists of: Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, crockery and pots and pans to suit cooks of all levels. Dining area with circular table and 6 chairs – the table can easily accommodate a further 2 chairs.
