BALCONY - SOUTH FACING - AMAZING VIEWS - CLOSE TO AMENITIES

This beautiful apartment is ideally located in the centre of Val Claret, right on the pistes. The building itself also houses a ski hire shop, ski school, cash point, launderette, hairdresser, shops, bars and restaurants in the commercial gallery below. The residential part, however, is fully secure with digicode access and CCTV.

Small, but very well equipped, this studio can sleep up to 4 people although we would recommend that it is more suited to 2. There is a pull out double sofa bed and two pull down bunk beds. The kitchen includes microwave, oven, hob, fridge and small shelf freezer as well as a full set of crockery and cutlery plus cooking equipment.

The bathroom is fully tiled and fitted out with beautiful wooden units. It has a large shower, WC, sink and washing machine.

The living area has recessed spotlighting and dimmer switch, flat screen TV and satellite channels.

The balcony affords fantastic views of the Grande Motte and beginner slopes.

Nearest Airport : Chambery, Geneva, Lyon. Chambery closest at 130 Kilometres
Nearest Train : Bourg St Maurice at 30 Kilometres
Car: not necessary

Tignes shares the fantastic Espace Killy ski area with Val d'Isere. Val is also a good place to visit for a night out and is only 15 minutes drive. The beautiful lakeside town of Annecy is 11/2 hours away and is known as the 'Venice of France'. Well worth a visit for the breathtaking scenery, the shopping and the lake activities. It is on the route to and from Geneva airport.

Excellent Located Ski Apartment

This great Ski In/Ski Out apartment is located at the bottom of Tuffs Ski Lift. It is ideal for 2 People with plenty of room, decorated well, comfortable and has everything you need. Supermarket, restaurants are a couple of minutes walk and there are bars and cafes all around. I would definately rent this apartment again.

Great location, lovely apt...

Stayed here in 2009. The location is perfect, beside everything including a ski list. The apartment was very clean, very well kept and had all mod cons.
