This newly built holiday villa has found a perfectly unspoiled spot of Corfu were you can find complete peace and tranquillity. Tucked away on the side of the hill, it combines all the beauty of the Corfu landscape with the luxury of a new holiday villa. The nearest resort is only 5 minutes drive so this idyllic spot combines both privacy and proximity to the resort of Messonghi. The villa is built in one and a half acres of olive grove unshared by other accommodation. The area of Boukari is famous in Corfu for its fish tavernas which are only a 5 min drive from the villa along the beach road to Boukari village, where you can combine swimming and enjoying the local specialties. Newly discovered sandy beaches in picuresque surroundings can also be reached easily on the East side of the Island by driving through the village of Chlomos which is the highest point of this side of the Island offering a spectacular view.

Olive grove and fruit orchard surrounding the villa. All bedrooms have access to a terrace each with chairs and table for privacy. Pool area is furnished with 6 sun loungers and barbecue area with table for 10. Pool size approx 8m x 4m. This holiday villa is situated on a hill. All terraces and pool area are level and accessible from living room, kitchen and 2 downstairs bedrooms, there are 2 steps from the terrace to the pool area. There is open access to the orchard and olive grove but the ground is steep and not suitable for small children or people with mobility problems. 7 minutes drive to beaches at Bouklari and Messonghi. 15 min drive to fabulous and still unspoiled beaches of Prasoudi and the west coast. The tranquillity of this location and the beauty of the area is ideal for anyone looking for a holiday that involves painting or writing. The walk to the village of Chlomos is one of the favourite walking routes for nature lovers.

Corfu airport is 25km from the villa approx 40 minutes drive. Ports are in Corfu Town (north of the villa) and Lefkimm (south of the villa) both approximately 25km, car advisable. Boukari is famous for it's sea side fish tavernas were you can literally enjoy your dinner with your feet in the sea. Shops, ATMs, supermarkets and pharmacy in Messonghi, 7 min drive from the villa.

Nicole and Vagelis, were perfect hosts for our stay in this wonderful brand new secluded luxury retreat!
Away from the tourist traps but a short drive to many wonderful and authentic fish tavernas this Villa offered peace tranquility and breathtaking views.
Would recomend this as a perfect get away from it all Holiday Home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We are enthused. The villa is very good situated, new and good equipped. We love it. Nicole & Vangelis supports with excellent tips and hints of place of interest.
Nearby and easy to reach you will find a small greek Village, with typical houses, tight streets and 2 restaurants with excellent views to South of Corfu
Also easy to reach bakery, supermarket, fish restaurants and so on.
High recommended.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

The villa is very new and is very well equipped. Lovely sunny terrace and warm pool. Stunning views towards mainland Greece. Nicola & Vagelis were very welcoming with excellent local knowlege of beaches and restaurants.
Several beaches (sandy & stoney depending on your preference) within an easy drive. Location is very quiet but within easy reach of shops, lots of restaurants and beaches. A perfect balance. Would highly recommend.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
