Ultra modern two bedroom apartment, 5 minutes walk from the pinewalk, beach and upmarket restaurants. Built and designed to feature patios and balconies front and rear with communal pool. The front of the apartment has a garden with patio area. This apartment is decorated to the highest standard with contemporary furniture and marble flooring throughout. Each room is tastefully decorated with all mod cons and hot/cold air conditioning throughout. Living area - The living and dining area is open plan and consists of tv, hi-fi system with surround sound and dvd player. The dining area can seat 6-8 people comfortably and all furniture is to the highest specification. Kitchen - Is finished in stainless steel and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, fridge freezer and eye level oven. Utility area with washing machine. Master bedroom- on 1st floor with ensuite and built in wardrobes. Second bedroom has two single beds and ensuite. Two extra fold down beds.
