Casa Mona is located only about 6 km from the sea and the city of Tavira on the Algarve. The house has an absolutely peaceful location, a large pool (saltwater) and an attractive terrace and additionally a roof terrace. The impressive view of the sea and the environment will excite you again and again. It has 3 bedrooms (one of which has a/c) and 2 bathrooms (completely renovated in 2008), a living room with a separate dining room (a/c) and a large kitchen with an integrated bar. The 140 m² are spaciously designed. The house is completely equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, washing machine and dryer, all kitchen appliances and with SAT-TV (German and English), stereo system and outdoor and indoor fireplaces. In a few minutes you can take care of your shopping, enjoy the climate in the cities or experience life in Faro in less than 30 minutes.

  • The rental price is for a booking of up to 4 people. For a booking with up to 6 people, the rental price must be requested. A fee for final cleaning of € 60 will be added to the rental price, along with a security deposit of € 100. These will be reimbursed if the house is left in a proper condition. Terms of payment are 50% of the rental price upon booking, remaining 50% 8 weeks before arrival. In the case of a cancellation 8 weeks before arrival, the deposit will not be reimbursed. Please take out a corresponding trip cancellation insurance privately. Upon booking the villa during the winter time, a fee for heating will be paid according to consumption.
