There is a shopping mall within walking distance, that has a medical centre, food takeaway outlets along with several other restaurants and a large Publix supermarket. There is also a Walmart Superstore within 3 mile's drive of the villa Northwards on highway 27 towards Clermont just passed the 192. There is Pure Shopping Bliss at the Premium Outlet Shopping Mall offering 110 stores with massive discounts on designer items and is only 15 miles away at Lake Buena Vista. Florida Sanford International Airport can easily be reached via the I-4 or 417 roads

  • N.B. Rates are subject to change at owner discretion.
    The rates are per villa and are fully inclusive, includes all taxes, utilities and all landline phone calls, including most internatinal calls, plus wireless internet service.
    We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% with the balance due 10 weeks prior to departure.
    Also required is a security deposit of £250/$400 refundable at the end of your stay once our property manager has completed his check of the villa. We are now requesting that security deposits are paid direct to our Management Company in the Resort No charges are made for this service you can even take out a damage waiver for a small fee to cover any accidental reported damages, please discuss this with our Management Company.
    No additional charges for baby items (cot/crib, high chair, buggy and baby monitor or for using B-B-Q
    Optional Pool Heating Charge £16 per day is advisable during Oct-Apr
    Stays of 4 nights incur an additional cleaning charge of £50

Notes: The fully equipped kitchen and laundry room have everything you could possibly need including a large fridge freezer with crushed or cubed ice on tap, microwave, oven/hob, waste disposal sink and dishwasher all fully fitted to make for an easy approach to any food preparation. For your comfort and convenience, a full size washing machine and tumble dryer are provided, as are all towels (including pool towels) and linens. A recent addition is our well equipped games room which is cooled, airy and spacious, it will suit all ages and includes a full sized pool table, air glide hockey table, table football, electronic basketball and a full sized championship dartboard with score board. We even have tennis rackets for your personal use at the community tennis courts. Those little extras.... Our villa is maintained by a very responsive management company located on Highlands Reserve. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service.
