Affordable - spacious - wonderful time!

Our family had never rented a house for a vacation before, so this was a new experience for us. We were having a small family reunion, so there were multiple rental units. I was very pleased with the layout of the home. Spacious rooms - great TV's, fantastic pool. House was very clean, and fully stocked with dishes and towels.
Drawbacks were that the dishwasher was not working as well as it could have - still had dirty dishes on the top layer. Also, there were only 2 dishwasher tabs. We needed more. Additionally, we ran out of toilet paper. Beds were very comfortable in the master bedrooms. The single beds were not nearly as good. Inadequate for adults - perfect for kids. The pool was excellent - lots of toys and furniture to relax with. The only drawback there is that I wish I had asked for the heat on the pool to be turned on. Evening swims were chilly. Daytime perfect. Inside, all of the furniture was comfortable and in good condition. Compared with other rentals, it was a little outdated, but the rental price reflected the difference. I was very pleased with this rental. Big pluses were the gas grill and game room for our use, washer and dryer, and free WiFi.
Mechanically, we had an issue with the AC - too cold. The maintenance company came out the same day and adjusted it. We also had a loud vent in the living room, that never got repaired. It appeared to be a simple folded over filter - probably a 10 minute job with a tall ladder. I assume the maintenece company had come while we were out - so they were not able to get access. Showers were nice - although the shower heads were basic units without adjustments. On my sunburn, these became very uncomfortable.
We visited Busch Gardens, Universal Studios, Sea World. We spent a day at the beach, and 2 days golfing. We found excellent restaurants within a 10-15 mile radius. This is an excellent location - central to all of the things we wanted to do.
To sum up - we had a fantastic time, and the cost was very affordable. The unit is in a very nice location, and the amenities were very good. While I mentioned some very specific issues, our overall experience was excellent. I found the owners and the rental company a pleasure to deal with. I would have no regrets reccomending this unit to a friend. I found the description and photos to be exactly as what we found during our stay.
