In a gated compound, this beautifully appointed bright and sunny 2 bedroom apartment is on the upper floor of a small 2 story block, 50m from a large circular infinity swimming pool and with panoramic views of the surrounding Riviera Golf Course and Esterel mountains. There are a further two swimming pools in the grounds. Furnished to a high standard with one super King bed and two singles, the spacious modern lounge is furnished in cream leather and light oak which includes a sofa bed. There is British satellite and French TV plus DVDs. The open plan kitchen includes an American fridge freezer with icemaker, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. One spacious south facing balcony overlooks the golf course and is furnished for meals and lounging whilst a second balcony overlooks the swimming pool. There is parking immediately outside and a garage in the basement served by lift. All of the golf courses in the area can be used all year round on payment of green fees.

Situated 25 Minutes from Nice Airport, at exit 40 of the A8 motorway, Mandelieu-La Napoule offers a variety of shops (including a hypermarket) and restaurants a few minutes from the apartment. There is an excellent train service from the seaside village of La Napoule to Cannes, Nice and Monaco for shopping and sightseeing. The miles of family friendly sandy beaches from La Napoule to Cannes give way to rocky coves to the west. Sea temperatures can still be over 20 C in November. World renowned restaurants abound. There are many medieval hill-top villages in the area such as Mougins (art and gastronomy), St Paul de Vence (art), and Grasse (perfume) to name but a few. The area boasts many activities from watersports to skiing in the Alps, walking in the Esterel hills and a large number of golf courses in the area.
