This villa is located in a quiet urbanisation just a few minutes drive from Nerja town and the beaches. It is constructed on a very large plot and benefits from sea and coastal views. The accommodation is all on one level, accessed by a flight of steps to a small covered terrace leading through the main door to a hallway. From here to one side is a living room, a large dining area to one side is adjacent to a fitted kitchen. To the other side of the house and through a passageway can be found the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further double bedrooms & three twin bedrooms. The bedrooms share two family bathrooms in this area. Outside steps lead down to gardens. The specially designed swimming pool measuring approximately 10m x 6m has roman steps for easy access & a separate children’s pool to one side next to the spacious sun terraces. At ground level there is also a covered terrace with access to a shower room. A brick built BBQ and patio furniture are provided.
