Photos and Description of this Barcelona holiday apartment Near the beach and close to the city center.

This ground floor, one bedroom, air conditioned apartment is located in the Barceloneta district, beside Barcelona´s beach and port area. The Gothic Quarter is ten minutes away on foot. The Ramblas as well as the Cathedral and other points of interest can also be reached on foot. The Metro station(Barceloneta) is a 200m. Nearby the apartment are many seafood restaurants, as well as the typical café’s and bakeries famous in Barcelona. The apartment has been designed to combine both a rustic and modern style, offering guests a relaxing stay in Barcelona. The apartment consists of a bedroom with two individual beds, completely isolated from the noise and it leads out onto a back yard, a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD/MP3 player and an equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Great apartment in La Barceloneta

This property is centrally located. It is close to everything you need - bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. And, La Rambla is a pleasant 15 minute walk for shopping.
The apartment is very well appointed, with everything you need to feel at home and is very tastefully decorated.
The ground floor location is ideal for those travelling with lots of luggage.

Well located and fully equipped, I and my boyfriend enjoyed the stay at this apartment. Minus for the bar next to this apartment, but it wasn´t a big problem. Property was clean and the location was just great. I could recommend this apartment to anyone who is coming to Barcelona.

jordi and anna were very helpful when processing payment, the apartment was spot less, very convinient and great location to the gothic town 3 minutes by walk -1 minute to busy passeig joan de borbo - good for eating out - and 2 minutes from barceloneta's beach and 2 minutes to the closest time station, on my next visit to barcelona i will change my schedule if necessary to make sure i rent the same apartment - thank you very much jordi and anna
